Biography
1960s: life-changing experience by watching play of Juro Kara entitled Kyuketsu-hime (vampire lady) when he was in a high-school[1].
1970s: Graduated from Division of Japanese literature, Nihon University College of Humanities and Sciences. Appeared on a stage as a actor for a theater company Tsunbo-sajiki headed by Tetsu Yamazaki when he was in Nihon University[1].
1970s: Went independent from Tsunbo-sajiki and started his own company Kagetsu-za. His maiden work was Kiwametsuki Kunisada Chuji[1].
1974: Founded Gekidan Sekai Gekijo (GSG) with Mayumi Kurokawa [note 1].
1970s: Performed GCG-planning SM show at Nishi-Ogikubo, SM Bomber at Otsuka Tokyo SM Club at Nakano[note 2]. Had relationships with Shigeru Kayama、Eikichi Osada、Denki Akechi、Keiyu Tamai.
1979: Performance of Gekidan Sekai Gekijo” all over Japan[note 3].
1983: Opened a smallhall, Theater Poo at Shinjuku.
1985: Retired from SM show.
1980s: Directed many SM videos.
2003: Awarded distinguished stage director in a Toga director contest for his Shiawasena Hibi (original work of Samuel Beckett).
2009: Restarted his SM show at Theater Poo for the first time in 25 years[note 4].
2010: Performed Showa style shows actively at Theater Poo and DX Kabukicho.
