Biography

1947: Feb 22. Born in Ehime Prefecture.

1969: Graduates from Chubi Central Art School.

1971: Becomes independent as a freelance illustrator after resigning from the previous advertising agency.

2014: October 15-20. Hosts “Koroten Art” with Horiyoshi III at Galleria Harajuku.

Interesting points

Hajime Sorayama is the designer of Sony's robot dog, AIBO.

Sorayama published “The Gynoids” (1993), and its theme was from the world of fetish and BDSM.
